STUDENT LIFE
Athletics
Intramurals are a regular part of life at PCS. Students enjoy playing a variety of team sports that build and reinforce team spirit and sportsmanship. Opportunity is also given to older students to develop their leadership skills as they assist with creating team lists and assisting with refereeing.
PCS belongs to the Christian Athletic Association of Southwestern Ontario (CAASO). We have participated in floor hockey tournaments, cross country meets, volleyball, badminton, soccer and bowling tournaments. Each year, PCS participates in a track and field meet competing against area Christian schools.

Visual Arts
Our students explore a variety of different art mediums. Throughout the year, various art specialists are brought in to enhance our art program and to expose our students to a more diverse art experience.
Music
PCS students are introduced to many new musical instruments throughout the course of their educational career. Beginning with rhythm instruments, bucket drumming, boomwhackers and recorders, they further enhance their skills in later grades with the introduction of melody chimes and ukuleles.

School Musicals

Every two years, students are given the opportunity to participate in our whole school musical productions. From set design to drama to singing and choreography, our whole school comes together to present full-scale musical productions that reflect Biblical truths.

Hands On Activities
PCS students have opportunities to learn new skills such as baking, sewing, kayaking, woodworking, skating and much more!

Field Trips

We enjoy taking our students on many field trips throughout the year. Visiting local fire stations, cheese factories, farms, end of year trips etc.

Dress Down Days

About once or twice a month we have a dress down day or spirit wear day where students can participate in dressing up or down from regular school uniform. We typically have fun activities planned or contests students enjoy.
